Feather Reward™ Rules

• Feathers are the reward unit. Every reward is a whole number of feathers.
• 16 feathers = 1 shuttle. Your shuttles build up automatically.
• 6 shuttles = 1 tube. A tube is six OutRally shuttles, made only for Feather Reward.
• Your feathers, shuttles and tubes are shown in the OutRally app, at the top right of the main screens and on your Feather Reward page.

• You earn feathers for real activity: for example posting a counted R20, playing with a new partner, checking in at a venue, or bringing a new player who posts their first R20.
• The current ways to earn, how many feathers each gives and any limits are listed in the app under How to earn. That list is part of these rules.
• We don't give feathers for opening the app, browsing, liking, ordinary posts, or for a friend who only downloads the app or signs up.
• Changes: we may add, change or remove ways to earn and change how many feathers they give. Changes apply from then on. Feathers already in your account keep their value.

• When you have a full tube, you can claim it at an OutRally claim point (a partner venue).
  • In the app, choose a claim point and get a claim code. The code is valid for 5 minutes and can be used once.
  • Show the code at the front desk. Staff see your first name, your last initial and how many tubes to hand over. They never see your feather balance or your activity.
• No monthly limit. You can claim every tube you have earned, one or several at a time, as long as the claim point has them in stock.
• Out of stock: if a claim point is out of tubes, choose another claim point or come back later. Your tubes stay in your account.
• Before shuttles arrive: until OutRally shuttles are available, the app shows "Claiming opens soon". You keep earning, and everything you earn is kept.
• Pickup only. Tubes are picked up at partner venues. We don't ship them at this time.

• Feathers, shuttles and tubes have no cash value.
• You can't buy them, sell them, trade them or transfer them to another account.
• You can't exchange them for money or for any other product.
• OutRally shuttles are never sold. EARNED. NOT SOLD.

• Rewards come from real activity. If an R20 is removed or deleted, a Moment is taken down, or an activity turns out not to be genuine, the feathers it earned are taken back. You'll see this in your Earned list.
• Not allowed: faking a check-in or a location, using more than one account, creating accounts to earn referral feathers, or any other way of earning feathers without the real activity.
• What we can do: if we find abuse, we may take back the feathers involved and suspend or end your participation in Feather Reward.
• Contact: if you think we got something wrong, contact us at support@outrally.com and we'll review it.

• Junior players can earn feathers.
• To claim a tube, a Junior's account must be linked to a parent or guardian, who approves the claim in the app.

• No expiry. Feathers don't expire while your account is open.
• Deleting your account. If you delete your OutRally account, your feathers, shuttles and unclaimed tubes are deleted with it and can't be restored.

• Changes to these rules: we may update these rules. We'll post the new version here, and in the app for any significant change.
• Ending the program: if we ever end Feather Reward, we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the app so you can claim the tubes you've earned.

• Feather Reward is part of the OutRally app and is also covered by the OutRally Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Apple is not a sponsor of Feather Reward and is not involved with it in any way.
