If you cannot access your account or sign in, email info@outrally.com from the email address associated with your account when possible, and include the account email or username and a brief description of the problem.

Sending your request from the address on the account helps us confirm it is yours and get you back in faster.

You can request deletion of your OutRally account and associated personal data by emailing info@outrally.com from the email address associated with your account when possible, so we can verify the request belongs to you.

To report harassment, impersonation, unsafe behaviour, abusive content or anything else that does not belong on OutRally, email us with the relevant username or content details and screenshots if you have them. If a report option is available in the part of the app you are using, you may also use it — but if you cannot find one, email is the fastest way to reach us.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

If a rally result, event detail, venue detail or OutRally Rate input appears incorrect, email us with the relevant names, date, venue and result details so the issue can be reviewed.

Venue details such as courts, hours or contact information can be flagged the same way — include the venue name and what needs updating. OutRally Rate is built from recorded play, so corrections usually start with reviewing the underlying result.
